Role & responsibilities
- Support implementation of Trakwel (MES), mTrak, and other digital solutions
- Train end users and ensure system adoption.
- Maintain project dashboards and validate data accuracy.
- Support AI projects including Defect Detection and SPI Measurement.
- Coordinate with Production, IE, Maintenance, Quality and IT teams.
- Conduct weekly project reviews and submit progress reports.

- 100% user training completion
- Digital adoption >95%
- Data accuracy >98%
- Weekly reports submitted
- User issues resolved within agreed timelines
