Role & responsibilities
- Lead end-to-end power cable manufacturing operations, ensuring production, quality, delivery, and cost targets.
- Drive productivity, process improvement, waste reduction, and optimal utilization of manpower and machinery.
- Lead and develop plant teams while fostering a robust safety, quality, and performance culture.
- Ensure product quality, regulatory compliance, HSE standards, and effective plant maintenance.
- Manage plant budgets and drive cost optimization across materials, energy, manpower, and operations.
- Ensure raw material availability, inventory optimization, and effective vendor management.
- Lead CAPEX, capacity expansion, equipment upgrades, and process improvement projects.
- Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to achieve overall business objectives.
