Job Summary

We are looking for an experienced Manual Tester / Software Test Engineer (STE) with 5+ years of hands-on Manual/Functional Testing experience, including strong experience in Salesforce/CRM application testing.

The candidate should have experience testing business applications/CRM systems used by Automotive/Automobile organizations or Automotive clients.

Important: This is an IT application testing role. We are NOT looking for candidates who have experience testing vehicles, automotive components, mechanical systems, manufacturing processes, or automobile quality.

Candidates must have excellent communication skills and be willing to work from the Navi Mumbai office.

Mandatory Requirements

- 5+ years of hands-on Manual / Functional Testing experience
- Hands-on experience in Salesforce and/or CRM application testing Mandatory
- Experience testing business applications for Automotive/Automobile clients or organizations Mandatory
- Robust experience in Functional Testing
- Experience in test scenario/test case preparation, review and execution
- Experience in requirement traceability and ensuring test coverage
- Experience in defect logging, retesting and defect closure
- Experience preparing and managing test data
- Experience documenting test evidence/results in testing tools
- Experience working in an Agile/Scrum environment
- Experience participating in Sprint Grooming / Backlog Refinement
- Experience participating in daily stand-ups and progress discussions
- Good understanding of QA processes
- Strong communication and stakeholder interaction skills




- Willingness to work WFO from Navi Mumbai Mandatory

- Ensure Requirement Traceability to Test Cases and Defects
- Develop Functional Test Cases & ensuring its coverage
- Execute Test cases and document the test evidenced in the tool
- Ensure QA process adherence Testers/ QA Analyst (Functional)
- Participate in Sprint Grooming / Backlog Refinement
- Defect logging, retesting and closure
- Maintain document repository of all test results and project level changes
- Mentor junior resources in the team for process or application changes
- Test Data preparation
- Review test cases and defects
- Participate in daily standups and progress discussions.

Relevant Automotive experience mandatory: Candidates who have tested Salesforce/CRM/enterprise business applications for automotive companies or automotive clients, such as applications supporting:

- Sales and dealer management
- Customer relationship management
- Customer service
- Lead management
- Vehicle sales/order management
- Dealer portals
- Customer onboarding
- After-sales/service business applications
- Automotive business workflows

We are specifically looking for candidates who can demonstrate: 5+ years Manual Testing

- Salesforce/CRM application testing
- Automotive client/business application experience
- Functional testing & defect management
- Agile/Scrum experience
- Excellent communication skills
