Axis Max Life Insurance is seeking a dedicated and dynamic Manager - Training to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for designing, implementing, and managing training programs for employees across various levels within the organization. The focus will be on enhancing employee performance, skill development, and overall productivity aligned with the company’s strategic goals.

The Manager - Training will work closely with department heads to identify training needs and develop tailored programs that foster a culture of continuous learning.

Key Responsibilities

- Develop and implement training strategies and programs to enhance employee skills and performance.
- Conduct needs assessments to identify skills gaps and training requirements within the organization.
- Design engaging training modules using a variety of formats, including workshops, e-learning, and on-the-job training.




- Facilitate training sessions and workshops, ensuring an interactive and effective learning environment.
- Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of training programs and make adjustments as necessary.
- Collaborate with management to ensure alignment of training initiatives with business objectives.
- Maintain training records and provide regular reports on training activities and outcomes.
- Stay updated on industry trends and best practices in employee training and development.

Skills Required

- Strong understanding of adult learning principles and instructional design methodologies.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to effectively convey information and engage participants.
- Proven ability to design and deliver effective training programs.
- Strong organizational and planning abilities to manage multiple training initiatives simultaneously.
- Ability to analyze data and feedback to assess training effectiveness.
- Leadership and motivational skills to inspire and guide teams during training sessions.

Tools Required

- Proficiency in Learning Management Systems (LMS) for tracking and delivering training programs.
- Familiarity with e-learning authoring tools such as Articulate Storyline or Adobe Captivate.
- Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) for creating training materials and reports.
- Experience with virtual training platforms (e.g., Zoom, Microsoft Teams) for remote training delivery.
