Role & responsibilities

- Manage housekeeping, gardening, security, and maintenance staff.

- Ensure the property, rooms, garden, and surroundings are clean and well-maintained.

- Coordinate plumbing, electrical, carpentry, repairs, and other maintenance work.

- Manage vendors, purchases, inventory, and daily expenses.

- Supervise staff and ensure proper attendance and work schedules.

- Prepare the property for owners and guests.

- Monitor security, water, electricity, equipment, and general facilities.

- Maintain records and provide regular updates to the owner.

- Can Relocate and be there

Preferred candidate profile

- 1-2years of experience in farmhouse, property, hospitality, or facility management.

- Good staff and vendor management skills.

- Basic knowledge of property maintenance.

- Responsible, trustworthy, and hands-on.

- Valuable communication and organizational skills.

- Driving licence preferred.
