Role Description The Manager role is a full-time, on-site position based in Jamshedpur, overseeing day-to-day construction project activities. The Manager will coordinate site operations, monitor project progress, and ensure work is carried out according to plans, quality standards, safety norms, and timelines.

This role includes supervising site staff and contractors, managing resources and materials, and collaborating with senior management, clients, and vendors to resolve operational issues. The Manager will prepare regular reports, track budgets and schedules,



support compliance with local regulations, and drive continuous improvement in site processes and team performance.

Qualifications

- Strong project management and site coordination skills, including planning, scheduling, and resource allocation.
- Ability to lead and supervise multidisciplinary site teams, with a focus on safety, quality, and productivity.
- Proficiency in communication and stakeholder management, including interaction with clients, vendors, and internal leadership.
- Working knowledge of construction methods, materials, and relevant regulations or standards.
- Experience with basic documentation, reporting, and use of digital tools or software for project tracking.
- Bachelor’s degree or diploma in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or a related field is preferred.
- Prior experience in managing or overseeing construction projects, especially in an on-site capacity.
- Ability to work full time in office in Jamshedpur and adapt to dynamic project requirements.
