Hiring: Manager – Solutioning | F&A;

Location - Andheri, Mumbai

We are looking for a Qualified CA with 4–5 years of experience in Consulting, FAO, Finance Transformation, or Solutioning.

Key Responsibilities:

- Design end-to-end F&A; solutions and target operating models
- Lead/support RFPs, proposals, solution workshops & client presentations
- Develop pricing models, business cases and commercial solutions
- Drive automation, digital transformation and technology enablement
- Partner with Sales, Technology, Transition & Delivery teams
- Identify risks, define controls, SLAs, KPIs and governance frameworks

Key Skills:

✔ Solid F&A; domain expertise

✔ Deal solutioning & proposal experience

✔ Exposure to outsourcing/delivery models

✔ Finance transformation & automation knowledge

✔ Strong analytical, consulting & stakeholder management skills
