Position: Senior Manager – Human Resources (HRBP + Training & Development)

Role Overview

We are looking for an experienced and Human Resources Professional to drive key HR initiatives in a fast-paced, sales-driven organization. The ideal candidate will have solid experience as an HR Business Partner (HRBP), with a proven track record in training & development, performance management and talent management.

The candidate should be comfortable working closely with business leaders and sales teams to align people strategies with business objectives and improve employee and organizational performance.

Key Responsibilities

1. HR Business Partnering

- Act as a strategic HRBP for business and sales teams, partnering with leadership on people-related priorities.
- Provide HR guidance and support to managers on employee-related matters.
- Drive HR processes and initiatives across the employee lifecycle.

2. Performance Management

- Own and drive the performance management process, including goal setting, performance reviews, feedback, and performance improvement plans.
- Partner with business leaders to establish measurable KPIs and performance standards, particularly for sales teams.
- Identify performance gaps and develop appropriate interventions to improve individual and team performance.
- Monitor performance trends and provide actionable insights to management.

3. Learning & Development / Training

- Identify training and capability-building requirements across sales and support functions.
- Design and implement training programs focused on sales effectiveness, leadership, behavioural skills, and functional capabilities.
- Evaluate training effectiveness and measure impact on employee and business performance.




- Work with internal and external trainers to deliver relevant development programs.

4. Talent Management

- Support talent identification, succession planning, career development, and internal mobility initiatives.
- Partner with managers to identify high-potential employees and development opportunities.
- Support workforce planning and organizational development initiatives.

6. Sales HR / Business Support

- Work closely with sales leadership to understand workforce challenges and business requirements.
- Support the sales organization in areas such as manpower planning, productivity, capability development, performance, and retention.
- Use HR metrics and business data to identify trends and recommend people-focused solutions.

Required Skills & Experience

- Full time MBA/PGDM in Human Resources
- Minimum 10 years of relevant HR experience, preferably in a sales-driven, target-oriented, or high-growth organization.
- Mandatory HR Business Partnering (HRBP) experience.
- Strong hands-on experience in Performance Management.
- Robust experience in Training & Development / Learning & Development.
- Experience working closely with sales teams and business leadership.
- Strong understanding of employee engagement, talent management, and retention.
- Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and interpersonal skills.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
- Ability to work in a rapid-paced environment and manage multiple priorities.

Preferred Profile The ideal candidate will be someone who:

- Has worked closely with senior business/sales leaders as an HRBP.
- Understands the dynamics and people challenges of a sales-driven organization.
- Has worked on driving training initiatives including conceptualization
- Can connect HR initiatives with measurable business outcomes.
- Has strong influencing and stakeholder-management skills.
- Is both strategic and hands-on in HR execution.
