Education and Certification Qualification: Minimum 15 years education, Bachelor’s degree, MBA or equivalent from a reputed institution.

Detailed Proven experience leading large-scale transformation programs with measurable business outcomes.

Demonstrated success stories in: o Process reengineering o Digital transformation o Automation implementation

Cost optimization o Productivity improvement

Service delivery enhancement

Experience working with global clients and leading cross-functional transformation initiatives.

Strong HRO domain knowledge

Lean / Six Sigma methodologies

Experience with Workday, ServiceNow, Oracle HCM, SAP SuccessFactors, or similar HR platforms

Responsibilities Define and execute the HRO transformation roadmap aligned to business and client objectives.

- Identify opportunities for process simplification, standardization, digitization, and automation.
- Drive productivity, quality, compliance, and customer experience improvements across HRO operations.
- Build business cases and track benefits realization for transformation initiatives.




- Leverage strong understanding of end-to-end HRO processes (preferably UK) including Payroll, Pensions & Advantages, Workforce Administration, Global Mobility & Relocation Assistance Service, Onboarding & Client Deployment Screening (TA), and Learning & Development (including L&D; Admin, Non-L&D; Event Management & Learning Vendor Management).
- Partner with operations teams to identify process maturity gaps and improvement opportunities.
- Establish best practices and operational excellence frameworks. 3. Automation & Innovation:
- Lead implementation of automation and AI-led solutions including RPA, workflow automation, analytics, and GenAI initiatives.
- Collaborate with technology and business teams to deliver scalable transformation solutions.
- Foster a culture of innovation and continuous improvement.
- Engage with senior client stakeholders and leadership teams to shape and drive transformation agendas.
- Present transformation roadmaps, progress updates, and value realization outcomes.
- Influence stakeholders to drive adoption and sustain change. 5. Governance & Change Management:
- Work with the governance team to establish governance mechanisms to track transformation initiatives.
- Manage risks, dependencies, and transformation-related escalations.
- Lead change management, communication, training, and adoption activities.
