Experience Requirement:

- 5 to 10 years of relevant experience in Quality Assurance/Quality Control.

- Experience in handling quality issues from identification through root-cause analysis and closure.

- Experience working with cross-functional teams and driving quality improvement projects.

- Experience with audits, customer complaints, CAPA, and quality documentation.

Role & responsibilities:

- Monitor and ensure compliance with defined quality requirements and specifications.

- Identify quality issues, perform root cause analysis, and implement effective corrective and preventive actions (CAPA).

- Handle customer complaints and coordinate with relevant teams for timely resolution.

- Prepare and maintain quality-related documentation, reports, and records.

- Analyze identify areas for improvement.





- Drive continuous improvement initiatives to reduce defects, rework, rejection, and customer complaints.

- Conduct inspections and ensure proper implementation of quality control plans.

- Train employees on quality, standards, and best practices.

- Lead or participate in improvement methodologies such as 8D, 5 Why, Fishbone, CAPA, PDCA, and Kaizen.

Preferred candidate profile

- Bachelor's degree/Diploma in metallurgy.

- Certification in Quality Management, Six Sigma, Internal Auditor, or Lead Auditor is an advantage.

- Experience with quality tools such as SPC, MSA, FMEA, Control Plan, PPAP, APQP, 8D, and Pareto analysis is preferred.
