About Our Client Our client is a leading player in the financial services and insurance sector, undergoing a significant transformation journey focused on operational excellence, governance, and digital enablement.

- Lead governance frameworks, PMO processes, change control, and performance tracking across transformation programs.

- Develop and present executive-level dashboards, reports, and insights to senior governance forums and leadership teams.
- Oversee program financials including budgeting, forecasting, accruals, burn-rate monitoring, and benefits realization.
- Manage program risks, dependencies, RAID logs, resource planning, and cross-functional coordination.
- Utilize data analytics and AI-enabled reporting tools to improve reporting efficiency and decision-making.

The Successful Applicant

We're looking for someone who has:

- 8-12 years of experience in Program Governance, PMO, Portfolio Management, or Transformation Office roles.




- Solid expertise in governance frameworks, change management, executive reporting, and stakeholder management.
- Demonstrated financial management experience covering budgets, forecasts, cost tracking, and program benefits measurement.
- Advanced reporting and analytics capabilities using tools such as Power BI, Excel, and AI-assisted reporting solutions.
- Experience within insurance, BFSI, or other highly regulated industries managing large transformation initiatives. What's on Offer - Permanent role in the General Insurance industry.
