About Our Client Our client is a diversified family office managing a portfolio of operating businesses, investment ventures, and philanthropic initiatives with shared infrastructure and governance structures.

- Establish and manage the organization's IT and Information Security governance framework, aligned with industry best practices and security standards.

- Drive data privacy and regulatory compliance initiatives, including DPDP Act, CERT-In requirements, and broader IT risk management programs.
- Implement and oversee identity & access management, endpoint security, cloud security, network controls, and incident response processes.
- Lead IT infrastructure, service delivery, vendor management, disaster recovery, business continuity, and audit readiness activities.
- Partner with leadership and external service providers to build a scalable, secure, and compliant technology environment across multiple entities.

The Successful

Applicant - We're looking for someone who has:

- 4-7 years of experience in Information Security,



IT Governance, IT Risk, Cybersecurity, or IT Infrastructure management.
- Solid understanding of information security frameworks, regulatory compliance, IT controls, and risk management practices.
- Hands-on experience with Microsoft 365 or Google Workspace security, IAM, MFA/SSO, endpoint protection, patch management, and MDM solutions.
- Proven capability to independently drive security initiatives, manage vendors, and deliver audit or compliance programs.
- Relevant certifications such as ISO 27001, CISM, CISA, CISSP, CRISC, CGEIT, COBIT, or cloud security certifications will be advantageous. What's on Offer - A permanent role in Mumbai within the fund management sector.
