– Hospital Administration Manager Job Title: Hospital Administration Manager Department: Hospital Administration Location: Thrissur, Kerala Salary: ₹50,000 per month Experience: 10+ years Qualification: Any Degree Employment Type: Full-time Job Summary We are looking for an experienced Hospital Administration Manager to oversee the day-to-day administrative operations of the hospital, ensure smooth coordination between departments, and maintain high standards of patient service and operational efficiency.

Key Responsibilities - Manage and supervise daily hospital administrative operations.

- Coordinate with doctors, nurses, clinical and non-clinical departments.
- Ensure smooth patient registration, admission, discharge and billing coordination.
- Monitor hospital staff performance, attendance and discipline.
- Handle administrative policies, procedures and documentation.
- Coordinate with vendors, suppliers and external service providers.
- Monitor facility maintenance, housekeeping, security and other support services.
- Address patient and staff concerns and ensure timely resolution.
- Maintain compliance with hospital policies,



statutory requirements and applicable regulations.
- Prepare administrative reports and provide regular updates to management.
- Support budgeting, cost control and resource management.
- Identify operational issues and implement suitable improvements.
- Ensure a safe, clean and patient-friendly hospital environment.

Requirements - Any Degree from a recognized institution.

- Minimum 10 years of relevant experience in hospital administration or healthcare operations.
- Robust leadership, communication and interpersonal skills.
- Good knowledge of hospital administrative procedures.
- Ability to coordinate multiple departments and handle operational challenges.
- Good organizational and problem-solving skills.
- Proficiency in MS Office and administrative software is preferred.

Salary: ₹50,000/month Location: Thrissur, Kerala

Pay: ₹45,000.00 - ₹50,000.00 per month
