Job Purpose: Conduct Financial Budgeting for the Group & monitor financial performanceProvide inputs to management for decision making on pricing, overhead controls and others Business Responsibility Areas:

Financial Planning, Financial Analysis & MIS: Prepare annual financial plans for group including sale, material cost, overhead, manpower cost, capex and working capitalAsses detailed profitability and impact of various pricing conditionsDetailed periodic analysis of overheadsPrepare reports on competitor analysis domestic as well as global and economic analysisBusiness chance evaluations: Evaluate M&A; Opportunity in domestic & international markets and provide valuation of opportunitiesProvide support for due diligence and deal structuringSupport in transaction closure and post closure integration on the Finance & Business frontCapex Evaluation: Detailed evaluation of capital expenditure proposals submitted by different functions Education Qualifications: MBA - Finance Tier 1 B-schools or CA - 1st attempt Previous Experience 1-2 Years of prior work experienceExperience in MIS, Planning & Review - Experience in large corporates with PAN India footprint
