Role & responsibilities

- Lead and manage end-to-end finance operations across:

- Accounts Payable (AP)

- Accounts Receivable (AR)
- Record-to-Report (R2R)
- Special focus on the P2P process, ensuring that effective controls are implemented across the entire process, from vendor master management to payment processing and banking.
- Ensure timely month-end, year-end financial close, and audits.
- Review balance sheet reconciliations, journal entries, accruals, provisions, and intercompany transactions.
- Drive finance automation using digital tools, workflow solutions, and reporting platforms and manage ERP.
- Drive process optimization, standardization, and automation initiatives.
- Lead statutory, internal, tax, and group audits.
- Ensure timely compliance with all statutory and regulatory requirements.
- Monitor changes in tax laws, accounting regulations, and corporate compliance requirements.
