Roles and Responsibilities :

- Drive eCommerce product enhancements and operational process improvements.

- Partner with Technology teams to define business requirements and implement digital/automation solutions.

- Lead initiatives to improve delivery strike rates, reduce RTO, optimize COD performance, and enhance customer experience.

- Analyze operational data, shipment trends, and customer behavior to support forecasting and business decisions.

- Develop dashboards, reporting frameworks, and actionable insights for stakeholders.

- Identify process gaps, benchmark industry best practices, and implement continuous improvement initiatives.

Job Requirements :

- Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Supply Chain, Logistics, Business, Statistics, Technology, or related field. MBA preferred.





- 5-7 years of experience in eCommerce logistics, express logistics, supply chain, product management, business analytics, or process excellence.

- Strong understanding of last-mile operations, COD management, RTO reduction, delivery performance, and customer experience.

- Experience in process transformation, technology implementations, automation, or digital transformation initiatives.

- Strong analytical skills with experience in forecasting, dashboarding, reporting, and operational performance management.

- Proven ability to work across cross-functional teams in a quick-paced environment.

- Experience with organizations such as Delhivery, Shadowfax, Xpressbees, Ecom Express, Amazon Logistics, Flipkart Logistics, or similar is preferred.

- Willingness to travel up to 25% as required.
