Role & responsibilities
- Lead and manage the civil/structural design team for railway bridge projects.
- Utilize 10 years of relevant experience in civil/structural design to ensure productive project delivery.
- Oversee the design process from conception to completion, ensuring compliance with railway standards and codes.
- Conduct structural analysis and design using software tools such as STAAD.Pro, ETABS, MIDAS, AdSec, IRC, IRS, IS Codes, and other relevant programs.
- Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to ensure project requirements are met.
- Provide technical guidance and mentorship to junior design team members.
- Review and approve design calculations, drawings, and documentation.
- Monitor project progress, budget, and quality standards to ensure successful project outcomes.
- Stay updated on industry trends, technologies, and best practices related to railway bridge design.
