Position Overview

7 Sports Academy is looking for an experienced, responsible, and energetic Manager to oversee the overall operations of the academy. The Manager will be responsible for ensuring smooth daily functioning, effective team management, customer satisfaction, sales support, facility management, and coordination of sports activities and events.

Key Responsibilities

Operations Management

- Oversee the day-to-day operations of the academy and ensure smooth functioning of all departments.
- Ensure all sports facilities, equipment, reception areas, changing rooms, and common areas are properly maintained.
- Monitor daily opening, closing, schedules, bookings, and facility utilization.
- Ensure academy rules, policies, and operational procedures are properly followed.

Team Management

- Supervise coaches, trainers, reception staff, housekeeping, security, and other support staff.
- Manage staff schedules, attendance, responsibilities, discipline, and performance.
- Coordinate between different departments and ensure effective communication within the team.
- Conduct regular team meetings and communicate management instructions.

Customer & Member Management

- Maintain professional relationships with members, customers, parents, and visitors.
- Handle customer enquiries, feedback, complaints, and service-related issues.
- Ensure a high standard of customer service and overall member experience.
- Follow up regarding membership renewals, enquiries, pending payments, and customer requirements.

Sales & Revenue Support

- Support management in achieving monthly membership and revenue targets.
- Monitor memberships, coaching programs, pay-and-play bookings, court bookings, and other revenue activities.
- Coordinate with the sales and accounts teams regarding collections, renewals, and outstanding payments.
- Identify opportunities to improve customer engagement and facility utilization.

Sports & Event Coordination

- Coordinate with Head Coaches and trainers regarding batches,



schedules, attendance, and facility requirements.
- Assist in organizing tournaments, leagues, camps, corporate events, school programs, and special activities.
- Ensure proper arrangements for manpower, facilities, equipment, housekeeping, and other event requirements.

Administration & Reporting

- Maintain proper records of memberships, bookings, attendance, complaints, collections, and daily operations.
- Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly operational reports for senior management.
- Coordinate with vendors and service providers for maintenance and operational requirements.
- Report major operational issues and take timely corrective action.

Safety & Facility Standards

- Ensure cleanliness, hygiene, safety, and discipline across the academy.
- Monitor proper use and maintenance of sports equipment and facilities.
- Ensure staff and customers follow academy safety and operational guidelines.
- Take appropriate action during emergencies or unexpected operational situations.

Candidate Profile

- Graduate in Management, Sports Management, Business Administration, Hospitality, or a related field preferred.
- 3–5 years of experience in sports, fitness, hospitality, club, facility, or operations management preferred.
- Solid leadership and team-management skills.
- Excellent communication and customer-handling skills.
- Good decision-making and problem-solving ability.
- Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
- Basic knowledge of MS Office/Excel and reporting systems.
- Should be comfortable working flexible hours, weekends, and during tournaments/events.

Location: Anand, Gujarat

Employment Type: Full-Time

Salary: As per experience and suitability for the role

Pay: ₹400,000.00 - ₹500,000.00 per year
