Experience: Fresher – MBA/PGDM in HR

Employment Type: Full-time

Working Hours: 9:30 AM to 6:00 PM

Weekly Off: 2nd & 4th Saturday + Sunday

Job Summary

We are looking for an enthusiastic MBA HR Fresher to join our team as a TA Trainee. The candidate will get hands-on experience in recruitment, candidate sourcing, screening, and interview coordination.

Key Responsibilities

- Source candidates through job portals, LinkedIn, and other channels.
- Screen resumes and shortlist suitable candidates.
- Conduct initial candidate calls and understand their requirements.
- Coordinate interviews between candidates and clients.
- Maintain candidate databases and recruitment trackers.
- Follow up with candidates throughout the hiring process.




- Support the team in achieving recruitment targets.

Requirements
- MBA/PGDM in Human Resources – Freshers can apply.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Basic knowledge of recruitment and HR processes.
- Good coordination and follow-up skills.
- Positive attitude and willingness to learn.
- Basic knowledge of MS Office/Excel.
