Eligibility

- Registered CS Executive or Skilled Programme student with the Institute of Company Secretaries of India (ICSI).

- Eligible to undergo mandatory CS Practical Training as per ICSI guidelines. LLB Preferred.

Desired Skills

- Good understanding of the Companies Act, 2013.

- Basic knowledge of SEBI Regulations and FEMA will be an added advantage.

- Familiarity with MCA V3 Portal.

- Strong drafting and documentation skills.

- Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).

- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

- High level of integrity, confidentiality, and attention to detail.

- Ability to work independently and manage multiple assignments.
