Role Description The Management Information System Executive is a full-time, on-site role based in Bengaluru. This role is responsible for developing, maintaining, and updating MIS reports and dashboards to support decision-making across departments.

Daily tasks include collecting and validating data from multiple sources, performing routine and ad hoc analysis, and preparing periodic performance and operational reports for management. The Executive will collaborate with project, finance, and operations teams to understand information needs, improve reporting workflows, and ensure timely distribution of relevant insights. The role also involves monitoring data quality, identifying trends and anomalies,



and suggesting process improvements to enhance efficiency and transparency in construction project management.

Qualifications

- Candidates should possess robust Information Systems and Management Information Systems (MIS) skills, with the ability to design, maintain, and optimize reporting structures.
- Candidates should possess solid Analytical Skills and MIS Reporting capabilities, including data interpretation, trend analysis, and preparation of concise management reports.
- Candidates should possess clear and professional Communication skills, with the ability to present complex information in an accessible format to technical and non-technical stakeholders.
- Proficiency in spreadsheet tools (e.g., Excel), database or reporting tools (e.g., SQL, BI dashboards), and basic data visualization techniques is beneficial.
- A bachelor’s degree in Information Systems, Computer Science, Business Administration, or a related field is preferred, along with prior experience in MIS or data reporting roles.
- Attention to detail, strong organizational skills, and the ability to work accurately under deadlines in a fast-paced, project-driven environment are advantageous.
- Familiarity with construction or real estate industry workflows and comfort collaborating with cross-functional teams on-site will be an added advantage.
