QUALIFICATION: DEGREE ( Or ) MBA

SKILLS: Tele-calling & Outbound Calling, Lead Follow-up, Sales & Business Development, Negotiation Skills, Customer Handling, Field Sales & Field Work, Basic Computer Skills, Valuable fluency in Tamil & English Language

RESPONSIBILITIES

- Make outbound calls to prospective customers and follow up with interested customers.
- Explain our projects clearly and answer customer queries.
- Maintain regular follow-ups with customers.
- Update customer details and follow-up records.
- Coordinate with the sales team and Team Leaders.
- Assist in arranging customer site visits.
- Visit project sites and meet customers when required.
- Attend property expos, exhibitions, events,



and promotional activities as required.
- Support the team with customer follow-ups and other field activities.
- Carry out other responsibilities assigned by the Direcor

AGE LIMIT : Between 21 to 40 EXPERIENCE: 2+ yrs of experience in Sales and Marketing

WORK MODE: On Site – Subramaniyapuramm, Trichy -20

TIMING: 10:00 AM – 5:00 PM
