Role Description The Management Consultant role at Anvikshiki Consulting is a full-time, in office position based in Rajkot. The consultant will work closely with client organizations to diagnose business challenges, conduct data-driven analysis, and design strategic solutions across functions such as operations, finance, sales, and organizational structure. Daily responsibilities include gathering and interpreting quantitative and qualitative data, mapping and improving business processes, preparing presentations and reports, and supporting implementation of recommendations on the ground.





The role involves collaborating with client leadership teams, facilitating workshops and meetings, and monitoring project progress to ensure tangible outcomes. The consultant will also contribute to internal knowledge building and support business development initiatives as needed.

Qualifications

- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data, identify patterns, and generate actionable insights.
- Experience in management consulting or consulting, preferably working with SMEs or growing enterprises.
- Foundational understanding of finance, including budgeting, cost analysis, and basic financial performance metrics.
- Knowledge of business processes and process improvement methodologies, including mapping workflows and identifying inefficiencies.
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Business, Management, Economics, Finance, Engineering, or a related field.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to engage with stakeholders at different levels.
- Proven ability to work on-site with client teams, manage multiple projects, and deliver within agreed timelines.
- Comfort with MS Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word) and basic business analysis tools; exposure to consulting frameworks is an advantage.
- Prior experience in any of the focus industries (e.g., manufacturing, retail, FMCG, healthcare, logistics) is beneficial.
