Role Description The Maintenance Supervisor is a full-time, on-site role based at Cura Hospital in Bengaluru. This role oversees daily maintenance operations to ensure hospital facilities, equipment, and infrastructure are safe, functional, and compliant with relevant standards.

Responsibilities include planning and assigning maintenance tasks, supervising maintenance staff, monitoring preventive maintenance schedules, and coordinating repair work for critical hospital systems.

The Maintenance

Supervisor will inspect equipment and building systems, identify issues, troubleshoot technical problems, and liaise with vendors and contractors when necessary.



The role also involves maintaining documentation, supporting safety protocols, and collaborating with clinical and administrative teams to minimize downtime and disruptions to patient care.

Qualifications

- Strong supervisory skills with experience leading maintenance teams and coordinating daily work schedules.
- Hands-on experience in equipment maintenance and maintenance & repair of building systems and hospital equipment.
- Knowledge of preventive maintenance practices and ability to develop and follow maintenance plans and checklists.
- Effective troubleshooting skills for mechanical, electrical, and facility-related issues.
- Understanding of safety standards, regulatory compliance, and best practices in healthcare facility maintenance.
- Ability to read and interpret technical manuals, drawings, and maintenance documentation.
- Good communication and collaboration skills to work with clinical, administrative, and vendor partners.
- Prior experience in hospital or healthcare facility maintenance is preferred.
- Diploma or degree in engineering, facilities management, or a related technical field is beneficial.
- Willingness to work flexible hours and respond to emergencies as needed.
