Job SummaryThe Maintenance Incharge leads the plant's technical team to keep all packaging, processing, and utility equipment running at peak efficiency. This role minimizes machine breakdowns, manages spare parts inventory, and ensures safety rules are followed.

Key ResponsibilitiesPreventive Maintenance:

Create and run routine service schedules to stop equipment failures before they happen.

Breakdown Management: Fix machine problems quickly to reduce production downtime.

Inventory Control: Keep track of spare parts, tools, and materials so repairs face no delays.

.Safety & Compliance: Follow factory safety laws, positive manufacturing practices (GMP), and environmental guidelines.

Qualifications Education: Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical, Engineering.Experience: 5-7 years of hands-on plant maintenance experience, ideally in an FMCG, food, or manufacturing setup.

Job Timing: 9 to 7

Pay: ₹35,000.00 - ₹42,000.00 per month
