Job Summary

We are looking for experienced Maintenance Engineers to join our manufacturing facility. The candidate will be responsible for ensuring the reliable operation of production machinery, minimizing machine downtime, and carrying out preventive and breakdown maintenance activities.

Key Responsibilities

- Perform preventive, predictive, and breakdown maintenance of production machinery and equipment.
- Troubleshoot and rectify mechanical, electrical, pneumatic, and hydraulic issues.
- Monitor machine performance and identify potential failures.
- Plan and execute preventive maintenance schedules.
- Minimize machine downtime and ensure maximum equipment availability.
- Maintain maintenance records, checklists, and breakdown reports.
- Coordinate with the Production team for maintenance activities and machine availability.
- Handle maintenance of CNC machines, grinding machines, presses, welding equipment, compressors, and other manufacturing equipment.
- Identify recurring breakdowns and implement corrective and preventive actions.




- Maintain adequate spare parts and coordinate with stores for critical maintenance requirements.
- Ensure maintenance activities are carried out safely and according to company procedures.
- Support installation, commissioning, and modification of new machinery and equipment.
- Follow 5S, safety, quality, and maintenance standards within the plant.

Required Skills
- Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
- Good knowledge of industrial machinery maintenance.
- Practical knowledge of mechanical and electrical maintenance.
- Knowledge of pneumatic and hydraulic systems.
- Ability to read basic electrical/control and mechanical drawings.
- Good coordination and communication skills.
- Ability to work in a shift-based manufacturing environment.

Qualification & Experience
- ITI / Diploma / Any Degree in Mechanical, Electrical, Mechatronics, or related discipline.
- 5–6 years of relevant experience in an automotive/component manufacturing or similar industrial environment.

Preferred Candidate

Candidates with hands-on experience in automotive component manufacturing and production machine maintenance will be preferred.

Pay: ₹12,694.59 - ₹44,459.64 per month
