To have a minimum experience working with food industry, To have knowledge in Food Safety standards,Working as Machine Operator to ensure smooth running of the machines to achieve the production with minimum wastages. To check the production process in the shift and in case of any maintenance related issues to inform the Production Engineer and Maintenance departement for immediate corrective actions.

To monitor the quality of the products in the shift and in case of any quality related issues to inform the Production Engineer and Quality Control departement for immediate corrective actions. Ensuring clean and hygiene condition in the working area and machines. In case of any spillages of materials and water leakages to take necessary actions to correct such issues. Handling the helpers effectively for achieveing the production targets.

ITI or Diploma with 2 to 5 years experience as Machine Operator. Experience in Food Items Manufacturing or Pasta Industries will be added advantage.
