Machine Learning Engineer – Azure ML

Location: Bangalore – WFO

Work Mode: Hybrid – 2 Days/Week

Role Overview

We are looking for a Machine Learning Engineer with solid expertise in ML Engineering/MLOps and Azure Machine Learning to deploy, operate, and productionize ML models while improving the overall ML engineering platform.

Key Responsibilities

- Productionize ML models using the Azure ML Python SDK.
- Work with Azure ML jobs, components, pipelines and environments as code.
- Manage model registration, versioning, promotion and lineage.
- Deploy models using managed online and batch endpoints, including rollback strategies.
- Build reusable ML components and improve deployment processes.
- Extend GitHub Actions CI/CD workflows for ML workloads.
- Implement testing, code reviews and production deployment practices.
- Provide BAU support and resolve production ML issues permanently.
- Implement model monitoring, drift detection and alerting.

Must-Have Skills
- Strong ML Engineering / MLOps experience with production model ownership.




- Extensive hands-on Azure Machine Learning experience.
- Strong Azure ML Python SDK & Azure ML CLI expertise.
- Experience with:
- Azure Storage – Blob / ADLS Gen2
- Azure Key Vault
- Azure Container Registry
- Entra ID & Managed Identities
- Azure Monitor & Application Insights
- GitHub Actions
- Advanced Python – modular, tested and production-grade code.
- Docker & containerized model deployment.
- Exposure to Terraform / Infrastructure as Code.
- Workflow orchestration experience – Apache Airflow preferred.
- Git branching, code review and CI/CD for ML workloads.
- Experience with Feature Store implementation.
- Model monitoring, drift detection and production alerting.

Good to Have
- Production experience with LLM applications, evaluation and guardrails.
- SQL and data pipeline development.
- Cloud data warehouse experience – Snowflake preferred.
