Skills :

Good analytical, leadership and communication skills. Excellent hands on robotics ,servo , pneumatics, gear box, GD&T;,actuators,sheet metal ,fabrication,Timing Belt/ Pulley, Sensors, Projection Method, Sprocket and Machining (Drilling, Tapping, Milling, Lathe). Candidate should be ready to relocate to Daman .

:

Make/Review designs & drawings of new concepts.

Customer visit as and when required.

Machine & parts costing support

Making/Reviewing 3D drawings of required parts and machines.

Record activities data. Material follow up

Assembling of machines & parts.

Inspection of reverse engineering parts as and when required.

Record of all design activities i.e drawing nos,stores all the designs at one place,and back up all data at regular intervals.

Give training and guidance to the design team and the shop floor assembly team,by ensuring good coordination with the concerned department.

Documentation for new machines & projects.

Installation support for recent machines.

To provide required support for qualification & validation activities.
