Lulu Merchandiser

We are looking for a proactive and responsible Lulu Merchandiser to manage and maintain our products at Lulu stores.

Key Responsibilities

- Visit assigned Lulu stores regularly and ensure proper product placement and visibility.
- Monitor product availability, stock levels, and displays.
- Ensure products are properly arranged and shelves are maintained.
- Coordinate with Lulu store staff regarding stock and merchandising requirements.
- Monitor sales and identify opportunities to improve product performance.
- Maintain regular reports on stock, sales, and store activities.
- Support promotional activities and ensure proper implementation at stores.

Requirements




- Previous experience in merchandising, retail, sales, or a similar role is preferred.
- Positive communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to travel to assigned Lulu stores.
- Responsible, proactive, and target-oriented.
- Freshers with good communication skills may also apply.

Salary & Incentives ₹15,000 – ₹20,000 per month, based on experience and skills.

Additional performance-based incentives will be provided for achieving assigned targets.
