- Coordinate end-to-end logistics operations, including inbound and outbound shipments, material movement, and delivery tracking.

- Monitor inventory levels, procurement schedules, and material availability to ensure uninterrupted operations.

- Collaborate with vendors, suppliers, warehouse teams, and internal stakeholders to optimize supply chain efficiency and resolve operational bottlenecks.

Minimum Work Experience / Education Required:

- 4-5 years of experience in logistics, supply chain management, procurement, inventory planning, or related operations.

- Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Operations, Engineering, Commerce, or a related field.





- Hands-on experience with inventory management, vendor coordination, procurement processes, and logistics operations.

- Handle Bill of Entry (BOE) closure with banks and ensure all import-related documentation is completed accurately and in compliance with statutory requirements.

- Monitor and manage customs duty applicability, import regulations, and compliance requirements related to imported materials.

- Resolve shipment delays, customs clearance issues, and regulatory conflicts by coordinating and negotiating with relevant authorities and stakeholders.

- Drive cost optimization initiatives by negotiating freight rates, evaluating logistics partners, and improving shipment planning and execution.

- Ensure timely availability of materials while maintaining compliance with import-export regulations and organizational policies.
