Roles and Responsibilities

- Manage end-to-end logistics operations, including fleet management, transportation planning, and vehicle maintenance.

- Oversee inbound and outbound logistics processes to ensure timely delivery of goods.

- Develop and implement effective logistics strategies to optimize costs, reduce lead times, and improve customer satisfaction.

- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify areas for improvement in logistics operations.

- Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements related to transportation, freight forwarding, and customs clearance.

Desired Candidate Profile

- 10-20 years of experience in logistics management or a related field (FMCG industry preferred).

- B.Tech degree in Computers or equivalent qualification; MBA/PGDM in Supply Chain Management an added advantage.

- Proven expertise in FTL (Full Truck Load), Inbound Logistics, Outbound Logistics, Line Haul, Trucking, Fleet Management & Operations.
