- Coordinate end-to-end import and export shipments by sea and/or air.

- Receive and process customer shipment instructions and booking requests.

- Coordinate with shipping lines, airlines, freight forwarders, overseas agents, and transporters.

- Arrange shipment bookings and confirm vessel/flight schedules with customers.

- Prepare and verify shipping and freight documentation

- Track shipment status and provide regular updates to customers.

- Coordinate with customs clearance teams and provide the required documentation.

- Follow up on customs clearance, cargo release, delivery orders, and transportation arrangements.

- Coordinate with transporters for container pickup, delivery, and empty container return.

- Monitor vessel/flight schedules, transshipment details, delays, and shipment milestones.

- Coordinate cargo pickup from suppliers and delivery to customers.

- Check shipment details such as container numbers, seal numbers, cargo quantity, weight, and destination.

- Communicate with overseas agents regarding shipment status and documentation.





- Handle customer queries and resolve shipment-related issues promptly.

- Follow up on delays, rollovers, port congestion, customs issues, and documentation discrepancies.

- Coordinate with accounts teams regarding freight invoices, vendor bills, and other shipment-related charges.

- Maintain accurate shipment records and update logistics systems regularly.

- Prepare daily/weekly shipment status reports and management reports.

- Ensure compliance with company procedures, shipping regulations, and customer requirements.

- Maintain good working relationships with customers, vendors, shipping lines, airlines, customs brokers, and transport partners.

Pay: ₹200,000.00 - ₹350,000.00 per year
