About US - Fex Multichhem Private Limited is engaged in the trading and distribution of petrochemicals, specialty chemicals, lubricants, additives, polymers, and allied industrial products. We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Logistics Operations Executive to manage dispatches, transportation, and supply chain coordination to ensure timely and efficient delivery of products across India.

Key Responsibilities.

- Arrange transportation through approved transporters and logistics partners.
- Monitor shipment movements and ensure timely delivery to customers.
- Coordinate with suppliers, warehouses, transporters, and customers for smooth execution of orders.
- Track tanker, container, and parcel movements and provide regular status updates.
- Ensure compliance with transportation, safety, and regulatory requirements applicable to chemical products.
- Maintain dispatch record and transporter databases.
- Resolve delivery delays, shortages, damages,



and customer logistics concerns.
- Knowledge of Transportation process.

Qualifications & Experience

- Bachelor's Degree in Commerce, Business Administration, Logistics, Supply Chain Management, or a related field.
- MBA (Operations, Supply Chain, Logistics, Marketing, or equivalent) candidates are welcome to apply.
- Proficiency in MS Excel, MS Office .
- Solid communication, coordination, and organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines effectively.

Preferred Skills

- Good understanding of transporter management and negotiation.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet operational deadlines.

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹27,000.00 per month
