Role Description The Logistics Manager will oversee day-to-day logistics operations, including planning, coordinating, and monitoring the movement, storage, and distribution of materials and office supplies to support HR and business functions. This role will manage vendor relationships, negotiate contracts, and ensure timely deliveries while maintaining cost-effectiveness and quality standards.

The Logistics

Manager will track inventory levels, optimize warehouse or storage space, and implement processes to improve efficiency, accuracy,



and compliance with internal policies. The role will also involve preparing regular reports, analyzing logistics data, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to support organizational initiatives. This is a full-time, on-site role based in Noida.

Qualifications

- Strong logistics and supply chain management skills, including experience in planning, coordination, and distribution.
- Proficiency in inventory management, vendor management, and basic procurement processes.
- Ability to analyze data, prepare reports, and use logistics or ERP software to monitor operations.
- Excellent organizational, time management, and problem-solving skills with attention to detail.
- Effective communication and collaboration skills to work with internal teams and external partners.
- Demonstrated ability to manage multiple tasks, prioritize work, and meet deadlines in a rapid-paced environment.
- Bachelor’s degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or a related field; relevant certifications are an advantage.
- Prior experience in a logistics or operations management role, preferably within consulting or corporate environments.
