Job Summary

We are looking for a detail-oriented Operations professional to manage end-to-end execution of orders, including documentation, vendor coordination, production planning, and logistics. The role also involves supporting basic accounts functions when required.

Experience in handling materials such as cold-formed steel or aluminium framing systems will be an added advantage.

Key Responsibilities

- Manage order processing and generate documentation (quotations, POs, invoices, delivery challans) using customized/ERP software.

- Coordinate with vendors and suppliers for procurement of raw materials, including cold-formed steel sections and aluminium framing components.

- Plan and track production schedules in coordination with internal teams and fabrication units.

- Oversee dispatch planning, logistics coordination, and timely delivery of finished goods.

- Monitor inventory levels and ensure effective material management.

- Support basic accounts activities such as invoice tracking, payment follow-ups,



and coordination with the accounts team.

- Act as a central coordination point between design, production, vendors, and clients to ensure smooth execution.

Qualifications

- Graduate in Commerce, Engineering, or a related field

Experience

- 6+ years of experience in operations, supply chain, or project coordination

- Exposure to construction materials, steel, fabrication, or related industries preferred

Skills & Competencies

- Proficiency in MS Excel and ERP/customized software

- Strong organizational and coordination skills

- Basic understanding of supply chain and logistics

- Working knowledge of accounting processes (preferred)

- Good communication and problem-solving abilities
