Designation - Sr Manager

Job Location- Govandi(E), Mumbai

Work Days- Monday to Friday(alternate Saturdays operational)-Work from office.

Role Objective: Drive and operationalise USV’s organisation-wide Learning & Development agenda to strengthen employee capability, leadership effectiveness and a high-performance culture. Translate business and functional people needs across HO, Plant and Sales into structured, measurable interventions.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

Program Management (Functional & Behavioral Training)

- Execute the annual L&D; strategy in line with business priorities.
- Translate capability needs into structured learning journeys, curricula and annual learning calendars.
- Own end-to-end delivery: design, participant mapping, logistics, execution and post-program reinforcement.
- Measure effectiveness through feedback, NPS, assessments and application of learning
- Program Facilitation & Delivery: Facilitate engaging virtual and in-person workshops, e-learning courses and microlearning modules

Capability & Leadership Development

- Design behavioural, functional and managerial interventions across levels and functions.
- Build manager capability in communication, coaching and performance management.
- Enable leadership development through structured journeys, assessments and coaching.
- Facilitate priority and mandatory programs, including POSH and New Manager Orientation

Digital Learning, LMS & AI

- Manage the PeopleStrong LMS: learning paths, content release, curation and user administration.
- Develop and deploy eLearning,



bite-sized and self-paced content aligned to capability needs.
- Apply AI and automation to strengthen content creation, delivery and administration.
- Drive learning engagement through polls, surveys, ready reckoners and campaigns.

Learning Analytics & People Insights

- Build and maintain dashboards and MIS for L&D; and Performance Management Processes.
- Consolidate multi-source data into actionable insights for HR and business leaders.
- Track metrics, outcomes and learning impact; ensure data accuracy and governance.

Governance and Compliance

- Ensure timely completion and governance of DTC and other mandatory, statutory and organisational compliance training.
- Drive compliance trainings for the HR team in alignment with plant training team
- Coordinate with plant training and quality functions to ensure organizational learning complements Good Manufacturing Practice (GMP), Good Documentation Practice (GDP), and regulatory guidelines

New Projects & Organizational Development

- Drive projects, process improvements, and strategic organizational development (OD) initiatives.
- Drive digitized learning interventions to modernize capability building.
- Lead supervisory capability development programs focusing on communication, coaching,



and performance management.

Vendor Partner Management

- Onboard and manage trainers, faculty, content and technology partners; oversee SLAs and commercials.
- Coordinate invoice and payment processing with Finance and vendor teams.
- Ensure compliance with L&OD; SOPs, budgets and governance mechanisms

JOB REQUIREMENTS Academic Qualifications & Certifications:

- Educational Qualification: MBA / PGDM (Full-Time) in Human Resources from a Tier-1 or Tier-2

Professional Experience and Relevant Skills:

- Experience: 7 to 12 years of core HR experience focused on L&D; and OD interventions.
- Skills: Strong training facilitation skills, strategic thinking, superior written and oral communication, presentation capabilities, and excellent planning and organizing abilities.
- Technical Expertise: Learning theories and instructional design; org-wide learning delivery; hands-on LMS (PeopleStrong preferred); HR analytics and AI-enabled tools.
- Certifications: L&D;, OD, Coaching, Talent / Performance Management or HR Analytics
