– LAP Sales Position: Sales Officer / Relationship Manager – LAP Department: Sales Product: Loan Against Property (LAP) Employment Type: Full time Location: As per business requirement Experience: Freshers and experienced candidates can be considered About the RoleWe are looking for energetic and target-oriented professionals to join our LAP Sales Team . The candidate will be responsible for generating new business, acquiring customers, building relationships, and achieving sales targets for Loan Against Property products. Key ResponsibilitiesGenerate leads and acquire new customers for LAP products.

Identify potential customers through field visits, references, market activities, and other sourcing channels. Explain LAP products, eligibility, documentation, interest rates, and repayment terms to customers. Build and maintain strong relationships with customers, DSAs, connectors, brokers, and other business partners.

Collect and verify required customer and property-related documents. Coordinate with credit, operations, legal, technical, and other internal teams for smooth processing of applications. Follow up on leads and applications from sourcing to disbursement.

Achieve monthly sales and business targets. Maintain regular market visits and develop a strong local customer network. Ensure compliance with company policies and processes. Track competitors and market trends and provide relevant feedback to the team.

Candidate





ProfileGraduate in any discipline. MBA/PGDM in Sales or Marketing will be an added advantage. Freshers with good communication and sales aptitude can apply. Candidates with experience in LAP, Home Loans, Mortgage, Banking, NBFC, or financial services will be preferred.

Good communication and interpersonal skills. Strong customer-handling and negotiation abilities. Willingness to travel extensively within the assigned territory. Target-oriented and self-motivated approach.

Two-wheeler and a valid driving licence may be preferred, depending on the location and role requirements.
