Andromeda Sales & Distribution Pvt. Ltd., India's largest loan distributor, is expanding its sales team and looking for experienced Bank, NBFC and DSA sales professionals who have a strong local market network and can generate business independently.
Candidates should have a strong customer and referral network in Navi Mumbai, Mumbai or nearby markets and the ability to source business independently.
Product Experience Required
Hands-on experience in one or more of the following:
- Home Loans (HL)
- Loan Against Property (LAP)
- Business Loans (BL)
- Personal Loans (PL)
- Working Capital Finance
Key Responsibilities
- Generate new loan business through self-sourcing and market networking.
- Build relationships with CAs, builders, property consultants, connectors, SMEs and business owners.
- Identify customer requirements and recommend suitable loan solutions.
- Coordinate with multiple Banks & NBFCs to ensure smooth loan processing.
- Manage the complete journey from lead generation to disbursement.
- Achieve monthly business targets while maintaining excellent customer relationships.
Ideal Candidate
- Currently working in Bank/NBFC/DSA sales
- Experience in HL, LAP, BL or PL sales
- Strong self-sourcing and market acquisition skills
- Established business network in Navi Mumbai or Mumbai
- Excellent relationship-building and negotiation skills
- Target-oriented and comfortable with field sales
