Key Responsibilities -

Student Financing & Counselling

- Act as the primary point of contact for students seeking financial assistance.
- Guide students through available financing options (NBFC loans, bank loans, EMI plans, scholarships, etc.).
- Provide personalised counselling to help students choose the most suitable financing solution based on eligibility and affordability.

Documentation & Processing -
- Collect and verify all necessary loan documentation from students and co-applicants.
- Ensure completeness and correctness of documents as per partner requirements.
- Maintain proper records and trackers for all loan applications.

Financial Partner Coordination -
- Coordinate with NBFCs, banks, and fintech partners for:
- Application submission ○ Credit checks ○ Disbursement timelines
- Issue resolution
- Build solid working relationships with partner operations teams.

Internal Collaboration -
- Work closely with: ○ Admissions counsellors ○ City teams ○ Central operations
- Provide real-time updates on loan status and expected closures.
