- Key area: Land acquisition, land due diligence, negotiations, documentation and related legal matters
- Handled ROC
- Reporting to: Chairman / Director
- Experience: 7+ years
- CTC: ₹12–15 LPA
- Preferred background: Manufacturing/industrial company experience, particularly handling industrial land, property matters, registrations, agreements, litigation and government authorities .
- Seniority: Mid-to-senior level, with the ability to independently handle land/legal negotiations and advise senior management.
- LLB + CS mandatory/preferred.
- Proven experience in land acquisition specifically for plant/manufacturing projects .
- Solid knowledge of property laws, land/revenue matters, contracts and corporate laws.
- Experience dealing with government authorities and local stakeholders.
- Strong drafting, negotiation and communication skills.
