About the Role

We are looking for a creative and enthusiastic LinkedIn Marketing Intern to support our marketing and business development initiatives. The intern will be responsible for managing LinkedIn activities, creating engaging content, increasing brand visibility, and supporting lead generation through LinkedIn.

Key Responsibilities

- Manage and maintain MantraCare’s LinkedIn presence .
- Create and publish engaging LinkedIn posts related to healthcare, mental wellness, employee wellness, workplace wellbeing, and company updates.
- Research trending topics, industry news, and relevant content ideas for LinkedIn.
- Support the creation of text posts, carousels, polls, and other LinkedIn content .
- Monitor LinkedIn engagement, comments, messages, and audience interactions.
- Research and identify relevant companies, HR professionals, founders, and decision-makers .
- Support LinkedIn lead generation and prospecting for B2B business development.
- Assist in LinkedIn outreach and follow-ups with potential clients and partners.
- Maintain LinkedIn lead lists and track outreach activities.
- Monitor competitors and industry trends to identify new marketing opportunities.




- Track content performance and prepare basic reports on reach, engagement, and lead generation.
- Coordinate with the Marketing and Business Development teams on campaigns and initiatives.

Requirements

- Students or recent graduates pursuing/completed BBA, MBA, Marketing, Mass Communication, Psychology, or a related field .
- Strong interest in Digital Marketing, LinkedIn Marketing, Content Marketing, and B2B Marketing .
- Good written and verbal communication skills.
- Creative mindset with an ability to develop engaging content ideas.
- Basic knowledge of LinkedIn and social media platforms.
- Familiarity with Canva will be an advantage.
- Basic understanding of lead generation and B2B outreach.
- Good research and analytical skills.
- Proactive, enthusiastic, and willing to learn.
- Prior internship/project experience in Marketing, Social Media, Content, or Business Development will be an advantage.
