Role Description The LinkedIn Account Manager is a full time, on-site role based in Mumbai, responsible for managing and growing clients’ LinkedIn presence. Day-to-day work includes planning and executing LinkedIn content strategies, coordinating approvals, and publishing content according to a clear schedule, writing thoughtful comments and engaging from client accounts.

The role involves monitoring performance metrics,



optimizing for reach and engagement and identifying opportunities to position clients as thought leaders.

Qualifications

- Excellent written communication skills
- Comfort working directly with clients, understanding their goals, and maintaining their unique voice and narrative.
- Strong organizational and time-management skills, with the ability to handle multiple accounts and deadlines simultaneously.
- Bachelor’s degree in Communications, Marketing, Business, or a related field, or equivalent relevant experience.
- Prior experience managing LinkedIn or other qualified social platforms for founders, executives, or brands is a plus.
- Basic designing and content writing skills
- Willingness to work in a hybrid setup
