? We're Hiring: License & Documentation Administrator

Are you highly organised, detail-oriented, and experienced in maritime documentation, crew administration, immigration, or compliance ?

We’re looking for a License & Documentation Administrator to manage crew documentation, licences, certificates, compliance records, and onboarding activities.

? What You’ll Do

- Manage and maintain maritime crew documents, licences, and certificates
- Collect, review, and verify onboarding documentation
- Track passport, visa, licence & certificate expiry dates
- Coordinate timely renewals and follow-ups
- Support immigration, visa, and work-permit documentation
- Coordinate end-to-end crew onboarding documentation
- Follow up on missing, incomplete, or expired documents
- Maintain accurate trackers, databases, and digital records
- Prepare compliance and documentation reports using MS Excel & MS Office
- Coordinate with crew members, internal teams, agencies, and other stakeholders
- Handle confidential information with professionalism





? What We’re Looking For ✔️ Experience in maritime documentation / crew management / marine HR

✔️ Experience in immigration, compliance, document control, or HR administration

✔️ Robust MS Excel, Word & Outlook skills

✔️ Excellent organisation and attention to detail

✔️ Strong communication and follow-up skills

✔️ Ability to manage multiple deadlines independently

✔️ Comfortable handling confidential and sensitive information
