Job Title: Liaisoner / Redevelopment Project Coordinator

Salary: ₹40,000 – ₹45,000 per month

Job Overview

We are looking for an experienced and highly capable Liaisoner / Redevelopment Project Coordinator who can independently handle redevelopment projects, coordinate with PMC, consultants, legal teams, societies, authorities, and other stakeholders, and ensure smooth progress of projects from documentation to approvals.

Key Responsibilities

- Independently handle and coordinate redevelopment projects from initiation to execution.
- Liaise with PMC, architects, structural consultants, lawyers, government authorities, municipal departments, and housing societies.
- Coordinate and follow up for various project-related approvals, permissions, NOCs, documentation, and compliances.
- Manage communication and coordination between the developer, society members, consultants, PMC, and legal representatives.
- Review and understand legal documentation, development agreements, society resolutions, notices, contracts, and related project documents.
- Possess working knowledge of RERA (Real Estate (Regulation and Development) Act) and redevelopment-related legal procedures.
- Coordinate with legal counsel on project-related matters, disputes, notices, agreements, and compliance requirements.
- Maintain proper records of project documentation, approvals, correspondence, and follow-ups.
- Attend meetings with society members, PMC, consultants,



authorities, and other stakeholders and ensure timely action points.
- Track project timelines, pending approvals, documentation, and statutory requirements.
- Handle negotiations and professional communication with various stakeholders wherever required.
- Ensure timely escalation and resolution of project-related issues.

Candidate Requirements
- Strong prior experience in redevelopment projects, preferably with the ability to manage projects independently.
- Excellent command of English, Hindi, and Marathi – spoken and written.
- Positive knowledge of RERA and real-estate/redevelopment-related laws and procedures.
- Practical understanding of legal documentation and processes.
- Experience coordinating with PMC, architects, consultants, lawyers, societies, and government authorities.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, follow-up, and coordination skills.
- Should be confident, proactive, well-organised, and capable of independently handling multiple stakeholders.
- Candidates with established contacts and practical experience in municipal/government liaison work will be preferred.

Compensation

₹40,000 – ₹45,000 per month, depending on experience, expertise, and suitability for the role.

Preferred Candidate: Someone who has independently handled redevelopment projects and can take ownership of liaisoning, coordination, documentation, legal follow-ups, and project-related matters with minimal supervision.
