About The Role We are looking for a Senior Analyst to support collateral operations, exception management, loan servicing, and pricing activities across multiple banking systems.

The role involves resolving operational exceptions, ensuring data accuracy, collaborating with key stakeholders, and driving process improvements to enhance efficiency and client service. Ideal candidates should possess robust analytical skills, attention to detail, and a proactive approach to problem-solving in a fast-paced banking environment.

Responsibilities The Senior Analyst is responsible for:

- Monitor and resolve collateral-related alerts
- Research and reconcile loans, customer, pricing, account maintenance, and collateral information c. across multiple banking systems.
- Managing exception alerts for negotiable collaterals
- Performance based pricing calculations and manual rate resets
- Verifying accuracies for letter of credit requests, cost center changes
- Wire-in-process general ledger activities and third-party invoice payments.
- Partners with Relationship Managers, Portfolio Managers, Credit Officers, Operations teams, and other stakeholders to resolve issues and support client needs.
- Escalate complex exceptions and support timely issue resolution through coordination with internal and external stakeholders.
- Recommend process improvements to enhance efficiency, data quality, and operational controls.
