Legal Executive / Corporate Legal Associate We are looking for a Legal Executive to support the legal and compliance requirements of a growing portfolio of technology and AI businesses.

Responsibilities - Draft and review NDAs, service agreements, vendor agreements and employment-related documents.

- Assist with software terms of service, privacy policies and commercial agreements.
- Maintain legal and compliance documentation.
- Coordinate with external advocates, CAs, CS professionals and specialist counsel where required.
- Assist management with corporate and regulatory documentation.
- Research legal issues affecting software, AI, data, privacy and digital businesses.
- Maintain contract and compliance trackers.
- Identify legal issues requiring escalation to specialist counsel.




- Support intellectual-property documentation and trademark-related processes.

Who We Are Looking For - LLB or relevant legal qualification.

- Solid drafting and legal research skills.
- Understanding of Indian corporate/commercial law.
- Technology/startup exposure is preferred.
- Familiarity with privacy, software contracts and technology law is an advantage. This position requires someone who understands the difference between handling routine legal operations internally and identifying matters that require specialist external legal advice.
