Legal AI Consultant – LegalTech & Insurance Operations .

Paralegal Background / Experience Working with Attorneys is Mandatory

We are looking for a Legal AI Consultant to work at the intersection of law, AI, technology, and legal operations .

The primary focus of this role will be our Legal AI platform , where the candidate will bring practical legal and paralegal experience into the development and improvement of AI-assisted legal workflows. The role will also involve supporting insurance-related business and operational activities in collaboration with US-based attorneys , as required.

This is not a traditional lawyer or paralegal role, and no engineering or coding background is required . We are looking for someone who understands how attorneys and legal teams actually work and can translate that knowledge into better processes and technology solutions.

Key Responsibilities

- Work closely with product, AI, and operations teams on the development and improvement of our Legal AI platform.
- Translate real-world legal and paralegal workflows into structured, AI-assisted processes .
- Review and work with legal documents, contracts, case files, litigation materials, and related documentation .
- Support legal research, product testing, workflow validation, and review of AI-generated outputs from a legal-user perspective.
- Identify repetitive or manual legal processes that can be simplified, improved, or automated using AI and technology .
- Provide practical insights into how attorneys and legal teams manage cases, documentation, research, and day-to-day legal operations .




- Collaborate with US-based attorneys and business teams on insurance-related documentation, research, workflows, and operational requirements.
- Help structure and improve insurance-related processes by combining legal understanding, business requirements, and process knowledge .

Ideal Candidate

- Minimum 2 years of experience working with attorneys, law firms, or legal teams .
- Paralegal experience or a robust background in legal support / legal operations .
- Good understanding of legal documentation, case management, litigation, and attorney/paralegal workflows .
- Strong research, analytical, documentation, and communication skills .
- Comfortable collaborating with US-based attorneys and cross-functional teams .
- Interested in AI, legal technology, process improvement, and automation .
- Experience working with high-volume or structured legal teams/law firms is preferred.
- Prior exposure to insurance-related legal or business processes is an advantage, but not mandatory.

Compensation & Work Setup

- Compensation above industry standards
- Full-time, work from office
- Working hours: India business hours, with flexibility to collaborate with US teams when required
