SR Group of Institutions (SRGI), Jhansi, invites applications for the position of Lecturer in Electrical Engineering for its Polytechnic wing (SR College of Polytechnic).

Position Overview

- Role Title: Lecturer – Electrical Engineering (Polytechnic)

- Department: Department of Electrical Engineering (Polytechnic Division)

- Institution: SR Group of Institutions, Jhansi, UP

- Employment Type: Full-Time, On-Campus

- Required Qualification: B.Tech / B.E. in Electrical Engineering or Electrical &
- Electronics Engineering from an AICTE-approved institution (First Class preferred per AICTE/BTEUP norms)

- Experience Level: 0–3 years (Freshers with strong core fundamentals and a passion for teaching are welcome)

Key Responsibilities

- Classroom Instruction: Prepare and deliver engaging lectures and tutorials for diploma students in core electrical subjects (Basic Electrical Engineering, Electrical Machines, Power Systems, Electrical Circuit Theory, and Electrical Measurements &
- Instrumentation).

- Practical Training &

- Labs:

Conduct regular lab experiments, supervise practical sessions (transformer testing, AC/DC motor characteristics, wiring workshops), and strictly enforce electrical safety protocols.





- Assessment &

- Documentation:

Formulate lesson plans, lab manuals, and internal evaluation papers; grade answer scripts and lab reports in alignment with BTEUP (Board of Technical Education, Uttar Pradesh) standards.

- Project Guidance: Mentor final-year diploma students on technical projects, hardware models, switchgear setups, and industrial training compliance.

- Institutional Support: Maintain student attendance records, assist in AICTE/BTEUP inspection documentation, and participate in campus technical events and placement assistance.

Required Skills &

- Technical Competencies

- Technical Expertise: Sound knowledge of electrical circuitry, power distribution, transformers, rotating machines, and electrical safety standards.

- Software Tools: Basic working knowledge of tools like MATLAB/Simulink or AutoCAD Electrical is highly desirable.

Solid verbal and written communication skills in both English and Hindi, along with effective classroom management abilities.

Pay: ₹15,994.30 - ₹18,397.94 per month
