We are a consumer goods manufacturing company operations across the US, Canada, South Korea, and India. We are seeking an experienced Legal Advocate to manage our day-to-day legal and commercial matters.

Key Responsibilities

- Handle employee and HR legal matters, employment agreements, policies, disputes, and terminations.
- Draft, review, and negotiate business contracts and commercial agreements.
- Prepare and manage NDAs, supplier/manufacturing agreements, service agreements, and distribution agreements.
- Handle contract breaches, legal notices, disputes, and claims.
- Review loan and financing agreements.
- Manage and Submit US and Canadian patent and trademark filings.
- Advise on intellectual property, confidentiality, manufacturing, suppliers, and commercial risks.
- Maintain contract templates, legal records, and corporate documentation.
- Provide practical legal advice directly to management.

Requirements




- LLB / LLM from a recognized Indian institution.
- Qualified to practice law in India and in good standing with the Bar Council.
- 5+ years of corporate/commercial legal experience, preferably in-house.
- Strong experience in contracts, employment/HR, corporate and commercial law.
- Excellent legal drafting, negotiation, and communication skills.
- Manufacturing, consumer goods, or FMCG experience is an advantage.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple matters.

Pay: ₹24,039.56 - ₹32,724.48 per month
